  flipper how right you about a smoker throwing a match away. Back in 2004 we had to leave our house in the middle of the night because someone threw their cigarette out their car window and started a massive fire in our area. After it was all over we drove down the road where the fire started. You could see the exact spot it landed and the fire V'ed out right into the woods. Everyone be safe fire is no th8ng to play with.   so my mum died from mild form of lukemia which can simply be treated with a blood transfusion each month.

  to me this was a watchtower assisted suicide.

  the liaison elder encouraged her to "stay strong" and said a prayer.

  Maybe. Maybe not. The reason I say that is if there is money to be made the cult will not do this. But on the other hand since the GB has replaced God and Jesus to themselves it could happen. As bad as Jonestown was it was less than 1000 people who did drank the cool aid compared to the wt. Cult there is 8,000,000 who would have to do it. By that most likely not. What I feel will happen the wt. will split into 2 or 3 religion's. Then the crazy thinking will spread even more. Still Totally ADD

  i tend to think that many jws who joined the religion in their later years feel foolish or are embarrassed by their decision to become one of jehovah’s witnesses.

  i’m not embarrassed by my years “in the truth “ because i was raised from infancy to believe everything was god’s word and who are we to question jehovah and his organization?

  Great tribulation

  you've likely heard all this before, but i had to laugh (silently) at the public talk today.. he focused on how close we are to the end.

  we're not only in the last days, but we're in "the final part" of the last days.. also, we are nearing "the end of the final part of the last days".

  he didn't read any scriptures backing up how the last days are broken up like this.. i went today since relatives es were visiting, but it was more entertaining than usual.. as well, the gb isn't warning us about armageddon, rather they're mainly warning about the great tribulation, which is "very, very, close!

  I believe Steve Hassan brought out it was usually the well educated who converted to a Cult than a uneducated person. But then again there are always exceptions to the rule. Still Totally ADD
